Checklist for our customers
Due to increased documentation requirements, the German tax authorities require the following documents and information for deliveries to other EU member states:

Company details
Complete and exact company address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, line of business or industry and – if available – website, business card, etc.

VAT ID number
Your European VAT identification number.

Proof of business
Copy of an extract from the commercial register, a trade licence or an official company certificate (e.g. from the chamber of commerce).

Passport copy
Copy of the passport of the owner, partner or managing director.

Collection authorisation
Original collection authorisation for the collecting driver – signed by one of the persons named in point 4, preferably with the company stamp.

Confirmation of arrival (Gelangensbestätigung)
As soon as the vehicle has arrived at its destination, please sign the confirmation of arrival (Gelangensbestätigung) and return it to us.
19 % deposit without proof
If you cannot provide any documents proving that you are acting as a business, we charge a deposit of 19 % of the purchase price. The deposit will be refunded immediately once we receive a copy of official proof of your business status – e.g. an extract from the commercial register, a trade licence, an official company certificate or a confirmation from the chamber of commerce.
